The year is almost over. How many leaves do you have left? Yes, year-end targets are on the horizon which means your PTOs will expire (if that is a thing with your company). My previous company only carried ten leaves from the previous year, or you lost them. So don’t waste it!

Overthinking the Small Things
Have you ever stood, paralyzed over indecision about trifles like a pair of shoes, a film to watch, or even which foot should take the next step? Last Tuesday was one of those days. I can only look back and laugh at how the simplest thing confused me to madness.
