2022 is posing itself as a new hill to climb. I look forward to the new challenges the year will bring. This year, I aim to accomplish more than I did the last.
And so, I spent the first few days of the year figuring out new Specific goals for myself for 2022. I had to pull myself down a rabbit hole of Goal Setting.
With everything I learned, I hope, even you could have a little more progress in your life by the end of this year.

Celebrating Christmas: 27 years Around the Sun.
The past month has been rough. We experienced a loss. Another birthday came which was celebrated with more than a few tears. The year was finally coming to a close, and more than ever, I felt more than incredibly stuck.
Hopefully, I could tell how much things have actually changed—even if I feel like things have remained the same. So here are a few things I learned in the last year.
Don’t be afraid to look hard at the person in the mirror and face your baggage as well. It’s your turn to sit and review the year.
